Defense contractors needed to share sensitive files across organizations without relying on traditional cloud providers. Existing tools created security anxiety and complex workflows that slowed critical operations.
Led full product design across 3 surfaces over 12 months. Conducted stakeholder workshops to map permission hierarchies, then abstracted complex blockchain concepts into intuitive file actions — upload, verify, transfer.
Delivered an enterprise-grade product that made blockchain mechanics invisible to end users. Admin portal reduced management overhead through bulk permission controls and real-time transfer audit logs.
A dual-portal system for quarterly CAR report management — enabling bank executives to complete compliance reports with guided, error-resilient flows.
Complex quarterly compliance reports were being filled manually with high error rates, causing regulatory delays and back-and-forth between admins and executives.
Designed a step-by-step guided report flow with inline validation, contextual help, and a progress-tracking admin dashboard that surfaced bottlenecks in real time.

My process starts with understanding — not wireframes. I blend behavioral psychology with interaction design to create interfaces that feel obvious in hindsight but took real work to achieve.
